An insurance company needed to rapidly scale its finance team with experienced contract professionals to implement IFRS 17. After unsuccessful engagements with multiple agencies, they entrusted us exclusively to fill six Accounting Manager roles, a Management Reporting Manager and a Data Analyst, all requiring strong technical expertise, process knowledge, soft skills, and insurance industry experience.
